Have a flat white on the Victorian porcelain urinals. Coffee beans are from Caravan, free Wifi included. -Jonathan

The Attendant is a coffee shop in a Victorian-era ex-public toilet. Also, the coffee runs right through you, so you soon find yourself eyeing your "booth" with different intentions. -Thrillist

A repurposed Victorian toilet, with delicious coffee and food. What's there not to love? -La Dolce Vita

There is no toilet :) -Duncan

Ironically there are no bathroom facilities here! -Brian

Flat white meets public urinal! What a brilliant way to bring an abandoned public space to life. And the coffee is pretty good, too. -Stephan

Attendant occupies London’s most original location for a coffee bar: a late-nineteenth-century gents’ toilet. I'll Just have to resist making puns, it'll piss you off. -Ross

Thank goodness public toilets are now obsolete! Only Victorians needed to eliminate waste. -Chuck

One does not simply come here for coffee...nor the urinal tables. But for the ridiculously amazing French Toast! -Christopher

There were 4 types of brownie when I last went: salted caramel, marshmallow, cookie dough, peanut butter & Oreo! (I thought that might convince you of the coffee and location didn't) -Oliver

Get the breakfast muffin with maple cured bacon, Swiss cheese, egg & spinach -Mat

Victorian public toilet turn coffee shop. An amazing soundtrack and friendliest of staff. They serve organic milk and soya is also available. Only about a 15 minute walk to Regent's Park or Oxford St. -shauna

Have a flat white on urinal seats... life can't get any better than this! A must visit cafe in London.. -CoCo

Wins hands down purely on its quirkiness. Former public toilet transformed into a wonderful little cafe. Settle into an old urinal with a well made coffee (from Caravan) or sit outside & ring the bell -David

COFFEE IN A VICTORIAN TOILET? This 1890's gents toilet has been completely overhauled to make a quirky coffee shop... complete with clever 'converted urinal' seating! -Wilkes

Pulled Pork and Fennel salad in a brioche bun, with a mac and cheese side? And in a converted urinal? You don't need to ask me twice. -Ikenna

Affogato is excellent on a warm day. I don't think they have toilets here!! -Dileep

This is a pearl among London's coffee spots. Top quality, top taste, top service, unique atmosphere. -Martin

How cool they reused this space! Great coffee as well -Theresa T ????
