One of the best in-hotel clubs and lounges in terms of employees' attitude and atmosphere quietness. To have a privilege to enter the Club you need to stay at a Chambers Suite or higher class room. -Vladilen

The free WiFi is erratic here. The bottom end of the lounge is best - near the computer desk, or even at the tables along the corridor. -Raymond

The main entrance us not open yet. Enter the Eurostar station mezzanine platform. Turn left at the huge statue of Kisses. Pass Carluccis on the left and there is a door for "Booking Office " ahead. -Ronan
