Coffee quality is high, they use Anoydyne Roasters beans (Milwaukee, WI). Good atmosphere for work or hang, on a great stretch of the Fairmount block. -Doug

Usually the service is good but it took 20 minutes for a toasted bagel because they couldn't find the cook. And the place was dead! The coffee lady spent all her time on the phone and couldn't help -Kim

The staff at this location is very rude, particularly the cashiers/baristas. Once waited 20 mins for a salad because they "forgot it was ready". But great coffee, tea and food. -Ashley
