The other reviews are spot on. Multiple odd lines, plastic silverware, paper plates. Food would have seemed better if it'd have been on a real plate, with silverware strong enough to cut pancakes. -Daniel
Like everyone else comments about this place. The line is über long, limited and awkward seating, not that great of food, and cheap paper plates with plastic forks. I would highly recommend skipping. -Sean

Hawaiian Loco Moco was delicious. Try the Macadamia Nut Pancakes as well. People are uptight whining about the wait & cutlery. We were served quickly, CS was friendly & professional. Tasty food! -Spencer
