Generally speaking, it's very hard to find anything in Côte that's not up to standard. My favorite starter/light snack is home-made chicken pate - very fresh and absolutely delicious! -Stasia

Also, La Lande 2013 is now possibly my most favorite wine, ever! So light, fruity, with many layers to it, goes beautifully with sea food, light meals, or even on its own! -Stasia

Go for rib eye or sirloin steak with Roquefort or bearnaise sauce it s amazing. Add a chinon wine and that becomes tremendous. Don't miss the monbazillac if you have dessert.. -Antoine
