It's okay. You know what you get at IHOP. It's become painfully overpriced in recent years... for just pancakes. Omelettes are like $12. It's good... but not THAT good. -Jase

This place has gone down hill fast. Their open patio is no longer open. It has a makeshift ealls constructed. It looks tacky and cheap. The service now royally sucks as well. -Sergio
