I have to say it, i have been here several times and 90% of the time i have had a negative experience. Sometimes its the food, sometimes the service. There's always something that lets you down. -Simon
Disappointing breakfast booked from the Premier Inn. Food cold & when complained to staff was just told to "go back for more" because it obviously had magically warmed itself. -Ben
Soft play is £3 per kid. But that price does filter out the unsupervised toerags whose folks are on the lash that populate some of the free soft plays in Chippenham. A price worth paying in my opinion -Jamie

The fixed price meal deal for Premier Inn residents is good value and gives you a reasonable choice from a subset of the main menu. It's a starter, main course, dessert, drink, and English breakfast. -David
