This place is packed on weekends - but definitely worth the wait. Their fluffy omelettes are a gift from God. Pair with a single pancake on the side and your life is complete. -Carolyn

Pro tip guys. There is a small notepad on the podium when you walk in. MAKE SURE too write you name and party size when you come. If it's busy, if your name isn't on the list, your not getting a seat. -Scott

Eggs Benedict with salmon. Perfect. -Rob

It IS called an Omelettery so do it! Fluffy and delicious! -Gagan

If you come here solo and love swinging your legs on high chair, ask them for a bar seat which is often free so you can skip the line! -Kathy

Get the Big Bubba Breakfast sandwich, it will not disappoint. -Miriam

Try the Seafood Eggs Benedict -Foodspotting

Dissapointed. Hollandaise sauce on eggs benny was awful. Floury, overcooked, thick & goopy. Potatoes were cold, and coffee watery. No plans to return. -Jessica

Sad to say, not what it once was. Formerly omelette specialists, now a grade 'B' diner. -Alex

Sadly it has gone down hill. Price increased a bit but the poached eggs were way overcooked and pan fries were too soft. -Cathy

Randy is a really great server. Super nice guy -Scott

Protip: the hollandaise on Bennies isn't hollandaise, it's cheese sauce. Equally delicious! -Mishaela
