Yeah, it gets mobbed for brunch on the weekends, but the black-bean cake and eggs is a winning breakfast any day of the week. -Time Out Chicago

Go here Sun. morning, preferably in winter, and stand among the other 50 people crowded in this firetrap of an entryway. Make sure you don't check if the host has actually written down your name. FAIL -Jack

I enjoy coming here because I can get a simple 2-3 egg breakfast, house potatoes, side of fresh fruit. and some hot tea. Just the basics without overindulging and spending a lot. -Jim

Bravo... Enough said! -Ray

Over priced & over hyped. My jerk shrimp omelette tasted like butter. The side greens were good, but I went for breakfast. Nookies is where it's at! -Ron

One of our go-to brunch destinations. You can't go wrong here. Must-haves: bread-pudding, french toast, quiche and my favorite the fried egg sandwich. -Andy
